Extreme Excavators started out as a dedicated excavator repair and maintenance solution for owners of large mining excavators. Today, we offer so much more.
Based locally in the Mackay area and working predominantly in the Bowen Basin region, since 2006, we have been consistently providing fast, effective and professional repairs to coal mines around the Bowen Basin.
We are known for our excellent customer service, quality workmanship, reliability and safety. These 4 qualities underpin everything we do at Extreme.
WHAT
WE DO
At Extreme, we perform hydraulic tuning, repairs, maintenance and shutdowns, machine relocations and parts procurement. We also assist contracting companies in setting up equipment and machinery on new sites. We specialise in excavator diagnosis and performance tuning to ensure optimum efficiency and reliability for our customers. Extreme also offers an effective range of modifications to the Hitachi fleet, which improves reliability and safety, and greatly decreases machine downtime.

SERVICE
Our customer base and the areas we service has grown considerably since our inception, and we now service the bulk of the Australian east coast, including but not limited to: the Bowen, Galilee and Surat Basins in Queensland and the Gunnedah and Gloucester Basins in New South Wales. We have also carried out a considerable number of shutdowns and relocation work, and long-term maintenance services at Coal and Gold Mines in Western Australia.
